Shantell has been an RBT for 5 years and has worked in the home, clinic, and school settings. Her favorite setting is in-home and loves working with clients in their homes and connecting with their families. She graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education with an emphasis in severe disabilities and a minor in Psychology and will be graduating with her Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in July 2021. She has worked with kids and adults of all ages and is currently pursuing her BCBA certification.
