Maria Loveless, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Owner/Executive Clinical Director
Maria has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2012 with over 15 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) (emphasis on children with autism) as well as an additional 7 years working with neurotypical children. She received her B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Northridge (2006), and her M.A. in Educational Psychology from California State University, Long Beach (2009). She completed the certificate program in Applied Behavior Analysis through Florida Technical Institute (2011). She is a Licensed Board
Certificated Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Utah and advocates for services for children with autism.
Ashley Buttars, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Ashley is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Behavior Consultant in Cache Valley, Utah. She’s been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2013 and loves it! Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology at BYU-Idaho and a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University. She moved to Cache Valley in 2012 and found home!
She feels blessed to be working with some of the most amazing children she’s ever known and delights in their achievements. She enjoys finding new and creative ways to teach different skills and embraces the opportunity to expand her knowledge in this ever growing field of ABA.
When she’s not hard at work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, long walks, swimming, reading, and Netflix.
Kristen C. Carpenter, M.Ed, BCBA, MT-BC, LBA
Kristen has been working in this field since 2007. She earned her B.S in Music-Therapy from Utah State University in 2011 and became a Board-Certified Music Therapist in 2012. Kristen earned her M.Ed. in Applied Behavior Analysis through Arizona State University and became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in 2018. Kristen is dedicated to helping her clients reach and maintain the best quality of life possible. Kristen also aims to help every individual in accomplishing their therapeutic goals, and truly wishes to see each of our clients succeed!
Kenzie Worrell, RBT
Kenzie has been an RBT since November of 2017. She absolutely LOVES working with children of all ages and has a passion for watching them learn and be creative! Kenzie is currently attending Utah State University where she is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She hopes to continue working with children as a social worker once she graduates. Kenzie loves traveling, adventuring outdoors, and all things Disney!
Mallory Martin, RBT
Mallory has been an RBT since September of 2019. She has had the privilege of working with children in many different capacities and loves watching them learn and succeed. Some of Mallory’s favorite experiences have been with the incredible children she has met through her work as an RBT. Mallory graduated in 2019 with her bachelor’s degree at Utah State University in Human Development and is currently working on her master’s degree, also at Utah State University, in School Counseling. She hopes to work as a school counselor in an elementary school once she has graduated. Mallory loves to bake, watch movies, and travel to new places with her husband.
Mandy Hansen, RBT
Mandy graduated with her bachelor's degree in social work in 2017 and recently graduated with her master's degree in social work in the Spring of 2020. She has worked as an RBT for two years. Mandy likes to spend her time outdoors hiking, camping, backpacking, and also spending time with her family.
Shelby Brayton, RBT
Shelby has been working with kids for eight years. She loves helping children achieve and learn new things. Shelby is currently studying Math and Statistics Education at Utah State University. Shelby hopes to become a high school math teacher and teach AP courses.
Justin Sheets, RBT
Justin has been an RBT since July of 2019. He loves to see the children he works with progress and learn many new skills. Justin graduated from Utah State University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree of science in psychology. He is still attending USU to work on a master’s degree of education in sports and physical education. He hopes to be able to coach cross country and track and field at the collegiate level after graduating. Outside of work and school, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife, watching anime shows, running, playing video games, and playing the ukulele.
