The Number ONE Team for your behavioral service needs

Your Team Structure!

We believe in using a tiered team structure in order to better assist the individuals we work with.  By utilizing this treatment structure, we are able to collaborate as a team (where everyone's has a voice) as well as begin working towards generalization right away.

Executive Clinical Director: Maria Caceres-Loveless

Executive Clinical Director will assess and supervise programs and services provided. Attendance at meetings as well as overlapping with Behavior Consultants, Registered Behavior Technicians, and other team members will be provided as needed. Also responsible for training of new employees as well as ongoing training.

BC: Behavior Consultant

Behavior Consultants are Board Certified Behavior Analysts accredited through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and are licensed in the state of Utah (LBA). They are responsible for developing and modifying assessments and interventions. Behavior Consultants supervise Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians within the field (while working with clients) and are the main contact for families.

JBC: Junior Behavior Consultant

Junior Behavior Consultants are working towards becoming Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBAs) and becoming licensed to practice. They work with clients one-on-one in home, school and community. They are also able to provide supervision (both for clients as well as Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians) on some cases the insurance allows this. Junior Behavior Consultants are future BCBAs who are developing experience working in a super-visionary role learning how to assess, modify, and develop interventions to improve the lives of their clients.

RBT: Registered Behavior Technician

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work directly with clients one-on-one in the home, school, and community. RBTs implement programs developed by the Behavior Consultant and collect comprehensive data according to programs.

BT: Behavior Technician

Behavior Technicians are those with experience in the field, training to become RBTs through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Behavior Technicians work directly with clients and continue to train in order to become RBTs.

Administration:

We also have an Administration Team which includes HR, Marketing Department, and Executive teams who are ready to assist with anything you and our other team members may need.
